Not a single person has mentioned A&W’s apple pies? For shame! They’re the same sort of pies McD’s used to have before they became crap – but they’re completely coated in cinnamon sugar.

They’re deep-fried awesome.

I haven’t seen Hostess Fruit Pies here in Canada since, like, the 80s.

I haven’t tried A&W apple pies, but agree that the McDonalds pies are horrible these days.

My absolute favorite of this genre are the Taco Bell caramel apple empanadas.MMMM…
