It’s pretty close to this one (correct outfit and setting), but she was holding the flowers (one of those bouquets of roses, I’m sure) to her and smiling, I think her eyes were closed. It was just such a sublime expression on her face and a lovely composition of the photo. I suspect the photos on that site, however, are from her supporters, and the one I’m looking for was probably a news agency photographer’s work.

I’ve got something of a thing for Michigan’s Governor Jennifer Granholm. It’s hard to find photos of politicians looking hot, though. I guess they themselves discourage it. But I have to say this Yulia Tymoshenko is… um… wow. No one holds a candle, no one at all.
If I were gay I’m sure I’d be into Kunichiro Koizumi. And Ohio’s Representative Tim Ryan.
I would like to second the Queen of Jordan. I saw her being interviewed once: smart, beautiful, poised, well spoken.
I would also like to nominate El ex Presidente Clinton. I never really found him terribly attractive until I met him- that is a pretty man, damnit. Of course, then I was all skeeved out because I was all hot for a guy a year younger than my dad (who had me in his mid thirties).

i cant imagine having a prime minister that HOT. closest thing we have in Australia is Natasha Stott-Despoja. but if a prime minister in ukraine is that hot, and you compare most countries prime ministerial babe-a-licious rating with their general population rating, imagine the ukraine women!!
I mean holy crap. I was reading about the coup d’etat in Mauritania on some blog (I think Publius) with a picture of Yuliya Tymoshenko in the banner at the top. I hadn’t thought about her since the events in the Ukraine and wondered if anyone had done a thread in IMHO (which I rarely check) about hottest world leaders. So I come here and it is like 3 from the top with Tymoshenko in the OP. Holy crap.

In terms of captains of industry, I’ve never understood why Anousheh Ansari doesn’t get more press. Iranian expatriate, now CEO of a large telecom company, innovator of telecommunications, sponsor of the X prize, IEEE member and beautiful to boot.
