No, at the end, she thought that him *saying *he had cheated was a symptom, and that it hadn’t actually happened.
Ah, must have misheard that. Either way, I don’t think anyone was about to correct her…
I’m glad I’m not alone in that. Her horrible line readings REALLY take me out of the moment. FIRE HER!!! Stat!!!
So, do you guys think that Chase and doctor Eye Candy are going to hook up?
It depends on whether he learned his lesson with Cameron: Don’t get your honey where you get your money.
Last season they tried to buddy up Foreman and Taub. Roommates! Now they seem to be doing the same with Foreman and Chase. Interesting dynamic about how they’ve worked together for years but now one is the Big Boss. Which of course just highlights how absurd it is to make Foreman chief.
Re: The shredding. I thought Taub was going to pull the clip out and then shred it, to highlight how he didn’t believe House was going to actually shred it.
Foreman knows monkey DNA from a quick glance. Right.
The sheer amount of ducklings doing all the work: scans, surgeries, lab tests, etc. in this episode is ridiculous. And performing major surgery without doing at least an ultrasound to verify the thing they were taking out was actually there first? The disparity between real-life medicine and and what this show does is amazing.
(Is Foreman an official ex-duckling now?)
Okay, the rug burn induced illness is the PotW’s excuse to fool his wife that he really didn’t cheat on her. But she should wonder where the rug burns/chemicals came from.
House always, always, considers any non-standard psychological behavior, esp. good behavior, as a symptom. But not this time. A glaring change from the norm.
Agreed! That was probably the biggest plot hole of the week. In contrast to “everybody lies”, he’s got a patient telling his most painful secrets to his entire town (even tho they ended up being false, the docs didn’t know that at the time). Yet for the guy who gives away too much of his money (a few weeks ago), House is pulling out all the stops to prove it’s a symptom. Sloppy.
::catching up after working nights for a couple of weeks:: Hey! I got my wish from this thread at the beginning of the season. He even said that it was a babysitting issue.
QUOTE=elfkin477;14378178]Yeah…they babies should be here by now, since House was away a year or so. I’d love to see him come in carrying two infants because he couldn’t get a sitter
