House and American Idol IV: Tater Tuesdays

I could have sworn there was a fairly recent thread about this show, but I can’t find it. I have to admit that this show is growing on me, even with its formulaic Law-and-Order-esque writing. It took me a while to get used to Hugh Laurie as an American, but I’m used to it now, and even chuckled at his using a “fake” British accent in last night’s show.

If they keep the current slot it’ll be on after American Idol on Tuesdays, so that will become my official “Crap TV Night,” which will give me an excuse to be a couch potato after the end of football season. Is anyone else looking guiltily forward to a Tater Tuesday tradition?

Yeah, I had a thread about whether anyone still watches because you don’t see the “House 12/21” threads as you do for other shows. I love the show and the “fake” British accent was great! Though I never really found anything wrong with his American accent.

If it’s on after American Idol, then that’ll only help ratings :D. Hopefully it isn’t preempted too much by a super special loooong American Idol or some such crap. Can’t get enough of House :D.

Ohhh! Wasn’t that GREAT?!?!? It was about the worst fake British accent I’ve heard since Dick Van Dyke’s.
