Now we’ve had a good response with a lot of positive R.S.V.P.s and I’m expecting to meet several people, as well as renew acquaintance with others. I am, as always, recruiting. If you’re reading this and it is at all feasible for you to join us, please do!
I’m still holding out hope that dear phouka can muster, as well as possibly Cheffie and any other D/FW troupers we can find. SA is going to loan us purplebear; any others from that locale? Many of you that are closer have checked in and we’re looking forward to seeing some of the tentative respondents (can we coax starfish out for a meet?).
If we’ve never heard from you at all, it’s OK, surprise us!
I’ll be picking up Fort Worth (this lady really is a) trouper zyada up at the airport @ 5:45, so we’ll be hustlin’ to get there; she’s bringing an SDMB sign for our table(s). The foregoing brings to mind another subject - since we’ll be pushing to get there by 7:00, if anyone else can get there on time or early, try to scarf a couple of tables and push’em together. The big room you enter first is the best candidate, methinks.
