The threads in MPSIMS inspired me. Here’s my question. My girlfriend and I have no use for condoms, but if I were to use one, I can’t see that a lube would be necessary. To say she gets sopping would be an understatement.
Do most women prefer a lubed condom? A quick perusal of the condom section of the drugstore seems to indicate about 90% of condoms are lubed. I realize women differ in the amount of natural lubrication produced, but I can’t imagine the vast majority needing some sort of goo to help out.
Or maybe they do? My previous relationship was also with a girl who got pretty squishy. Even on the occassions where we skipped the foreplay, it was only a few seconds before things got right, so to speak.
So, what’s the deal?
(Maybe lubed condoms are for porno actresses. Lord knows, every one I’ve ever seen was dry as a bone.)
Well, I thought muffdivemaster as a username was a bit much. :o
Yeah, the double entendre is intentional, based on my predilection (predilicktion?), but I don’t want to hijack my own thread on the third post. So, I’ll just have to nip this in the little bud right now.
My husband I found early in our relationship (the condom days) that unlubricated condoms have a corn strch tpye powder on it too keep plastic from sticking to itslef. It didn’t matter how “sopping wet” I got it seemed to dry it up and irritate me. We go for the lubed, spermacide trojans in the blue package.
Um, let’s just say there definitely ARE women who need artificial lubricant – but lubricated condoms don’t provide nearly enough. Should you ever encounter such a person, go for the KY, and do not be stingy with it.
