A while back I had a vivid dream where I was racing in the Indy 500. The experience was better than any virtual reality could ever be. I really thought I was racing. I want to do that again. But I can’t seem to control what I dream about.
Does anyone know of any good references on how to control what you dream about? I’d love to be able to think, “Tonight’s dream will be about the Summer of '89 when I went camping with my best friend.” I haven’t found anything like that. Most things I’ve read about dream control are more about taking control in your dream to end a nightmare or something like that.
