How common is female nipple hair?

I am a 43 yo blonde female. I have 5-6 dark hairs that grow in random places on my breasts. I pluck them as soon as they are long enough to grab with tweezers. Along with the 1 chest hair, 2 grey chin hairs, and 4-5 bellybutton hairs that show up regularly.

Yes, it is not only normal, it is NECESSARY for women to have dark nipple hair. Most anthropologists agree that nipple hair on the female breast developed when aboriginal tribal women breastfed their babies well into their teen years. The nipple hair provided a means for the children to not only get nourishment, but to floss their teeth at the same time.

You’re welcome!

ALERT! ALERT! ALERT!

It has been 13 HOURS 15 MINUTES!
WHAT COULD JBDivmstr BE DOING WITH HIS WIFE’S BARE BREASTS FOR THIS LONG!?!?!?

Someone is going to have to go in after him! I volunteer.

Really? Do you know a website or something where I could learn more about this?

I for one am no longer purchasing dental floss, now that I know my other options!

I thought that’s what pubes were for!

No, you filthy pervert. I suspect you are only interested in this for nasty, lacivious purposes, so I will not encourage your dirty thoughts.

If, on the other hand, you are asking for genuine anthropological curiosity-type reasons, I may reconsider and tell you where the secret website for hairy nipples is.

May cost you $14.95 per minute to research the website, however.

Sorry for the delay.
It was, to say the least, a very *thorough *examination.

No, my SO does not have any ‘nipple’ hairs.
Nor, has she ever had them. (According to her.)
And just to give a non-snarky response…
The very first time that I observed this ‘phenomenon’, I was only 19 and my lady friend was 24. There were approx. 3-4 hairs around each nipple. They varied form 3/8" to a full 3/4" in length. (I’m a carpenter, I can guess lengths very accurately.) Apparently, she wasn’t one of the ‘pluck them when they become visible’ types.

Personally, I found them rather sexy.

In the course of my life, I have been intimate with quite a few women of different ‘nationalities’, body types, etc. I’m also one that favors ‘doing it’ with the lights on (or at least, as much light as they’ll let me leave on. :stuck_out_tongue: ) With that said, over the years (35+) I’ve only come across a few (>5) women that had visible hair around their nipples. Whether or not, the rest of them plucked them, I can’t say.

Or rather, I was too much of a gentleman, to ask.

Nope, some of them are on the areolae. Very near the edge, but on the pink part.

I really hope my fiance doesn’t wake up right now and wonder why I’m staring at my boobs with a flashlight…

Hmmmm. Nipple hair or no nipple hair, none of my partners has ever let me come across her.
Common though it may be in porn, they’ve all told me it’s too demeaning.

…If your nipples are obscured by your crotch fro, I might advise you to at least trim. Good gods.

That being said, I am in love with the term “crotch fro” now and intend to use it forthwith.

Aaaaaaaaa! First on the second page. I hate that.

My first girlfriend, a brunette, had hair on her nipples. There were a few strandseach. I wouldn’t call them hairy. She did have hairy arms, though.

Do I want to know?

Is that 10 to 30 women or 10 to 30 breasts?

Quite a lot actually, it’s a common fetish. Google up “hirsute porn” or “ATK natural and hairy.”

I don’t think it’s an all-too common occurrence, based on my experience with brunettes, blondes, and one redhead – maybe 30 women in all. Of those, I remember one woman (my first girlfriend). I don’t think any of the others had them.

So what’s that? 3%?

Again though, that assumes that the women you’ve seen didn’t get them and just pluck them. How would you know?

I get a couple around each nipple, and pluck them as soon as they’re long enough. No biggie.

What’s that question for a definition of “snail trail” or for a verification cite?

Can they be woven into a decorative tea cozy ?

It’s nothing horrendous. Just the little line of hair that goes from your crotch to your belly button. Everyone has one, pretty much. Men more pronounced than women usually. In some women it’s barely visible at all.

That’s what I mean by the variation working the same way: there is definitely some hair there, in some women there is a little more and in some it is a little darker. Many women remove the hair, so you wouldn’t even know. Women with a more pronounced snail trail are probably more likely to also have more pronounced hairs around their nipples.

It happens that my ex is curently staying at my place. She’s sleeping at the moment, but I’ll demand to be told the truth as soon as she’ll wake up !
