In this racing crash - YouTube the driver was killed but his co driver survived How s this possible I would think the fireball would cremate them pretty quick, this was before fire proof racing suits too.
Did you read the description? The guy who survived was thrown clear. It’s not like he walked away though, lots of broken bits and severe burns.
Edit: it was the co-driver who died.
