I’m pretty sure I signed up for a google group, but I haven’t accessed it in a while. How do I access this? Can I do it from Gmail?

Go to the home Google search page, click on “More” on the black bar at the top of the page, and then click on “Even More”. Then you need to scroll down a fair bit to find Groups.
