I can’t figure out how to forward emails to everyone in my address book. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Create a group in your G-mail contacts and add all your contacts to the group, then send the e-mail to the group.
Maybe not elegant, but it should work.
It looks like you can click on Contacts, select “All Contacts”, then click on “Select: All”. It’ll say “*** Contacts Selected” (*** being some number) on the right pane. Click on “Email” right under it.
But I’m not sure you’d want to do that, since Gmail’s contact list seems to include all addresses you’ve ever sent e-mail to. Probably better to create a group.
I created a new group. So far so good.
The problem I’m having is that when I click “Forward” (from the email I want to forward) I get a cursor in the “To:” box but I can’t figure out how to import the new folder addys (group) into the field.
Type in the name of the group.

Believe it or not I tried this and missed it working.
Thanks all.
Gmail is weak when it comes to doing things en masse. Attaching one file is clunky, because it requires you to click on “Attach a file” and then “Browse”, unless you somehow know and are prepared to type in the full path and file name of the attachment. Why two button clicks? It should just go straight to the Open File dialog. This becomes quite an annoyance when you need to attach several files.
There’s a Firefox extension called dragdropupload. It does what is says for Gmail (or similar pages). It has one small bug in that very occasionally, if you’re attaching multiple files, the last one gets ignored.
My one complaint about Gmail is the address book. Why would it be so difficult to just let me “check” the names I want to forward an email to? I have 200 contacts, how am I supposed to go through and type every one of them?
The only workaround I’ve found is this: Go to contacts, check mark all of the contacts you want to send a forward to, and then hit the “compose” or new mail link. In that new mail, copy all of the names, discard this email, and then go to your email you want to forward and paste them.
