How do I check my subscription?

I have a charter member subscription but can’t find any information about it in my profile. How can I confirm that it was carried over?

I see “Charter Member” next to your name. I haven’t found the renewal option yet.

My Member status has not carried over. I show up as Guest. Bummer.
