I changed some settings and put the Dope on desktop view. I want to change back to mobile. I’m on an Android phone. How do I get mobile back?
Click on your avatar icon in upper right hand corner
Click on the three horizontal gray bars in the next to the avatar icon, at the bottom left of the rectangle that opens is a line that either says ‘desktop view’ or ‘mobile view’. Toggle that, it switches to the other.
I hope that works for you-I just stumbled on that tonight when I had to back myself out of the same dilemma.
Took great bravery on my part-it would be hard to be more tech inept than I am and I probably used all the wrong terms, but hope the descriptions helped enough that you could use my Stone Age experience.
I am doing this all on an iPad, so you may want to take that into account.

I had the same issue, and couldn’t find the magic button.
Top, right hand corner, click on the three grey horizontal bars. Rectangular area below opens up. At very bottom is:

Interesting. On my desktop, there’s no mobile option so I can’t even check out what “mobile” looks like.
WAG: Your rectangle opening under the three grey bars knows you are on a desktop, unlikely to be mobile, so does not offer you Mobile View
If you read SD on your phone, try same trick there and see if it offers you Mobile View
How it does that, I have no dang idea-I can barely turn my ipad on, much less ‘clear my cookies’. I am no end of vexation to my two nerd/geek sons-they are going to sprain their eyes rolling them when I ask them a question
I don’t and don’t intend to. Just curiosity. Though I wonder if the mobile version is less data heavy and could be an option for someone on slow internet.
I went and checked the difference on my iPad-to Mobile View from Desktop.
No difference except displays more in more narrow, portrait view, no less dense, you wouldn’t gain any thing internet speed wise.

I prefer Desktop. More economical use of space and less scrolling to move through postings.
