How do I get rid of a porn link that insinuated itself in my IE context menu?

I guess the titles describes my question. I clicked on a link during a Google search that launched a Porn Site From Hell that did all manner of irritating things, including installing a new folder in my favorites folder, new icons on my desktop, etc. I got rid of everything (I think) except a link that is in my right-click menu in Internet Explorer.

Any idea on how I go about getting rid of it? Does it involve editing the registry? If so, I’ve never done that before so I’m throwing myself on the expertise of the, well, experts.

Well, here I go again. Try Adaware orSpybot. Between the two of them they can remove almost any scumware.

I already have Adaware and I even ran it after I noticed all the stuff that appeared on my system. It didn’t do anything for the link in my IE context menu though.

astro – Thanks a million! That’s just what I was looking for.

Q.E.D. - Your reply was helpful in a different sort of way. It got me thinking that I hadn’t updated my Ad-aware reference files in a while, so I hopped over to the lavasoft site and downloaded the updates. It wound up catching a bunch of stuff I missed when I last did a scan. So thanks for the reminder:)
