How do I get the video out of my Nano?

I’m sure it’s something simple I’m missing. They don’t show up in iTunes when I plug it in. I’d like to download them into my computer. If that’s impossible, I’d like to at least delete them.
P.S., not sure whether this belongs in GQ or CS. Tossed a coin and it ended up here.

You can use the first part of this tutorial to be able to see the files on your iPod. After that, you may or may not be able to discern which are the videos you are looking for. I’d have a better answer if I were at home on my Mac.

In windoes, you can start by showing hidden files.

Aha! However, after doing this I am told by my computer that I need Quicktime Pro to download the video to my computer. That sucks.
