I tried to print a .pdf file of an application this afternoon, but could not get all the pages. I got the first page, but that was all. I checked my printer settings, and I should have gotten all of the application by what I’ve set the printer for. Any suggestions?
My deadline is around June 13, if it makes any difference. Thanks so much.
sometimes pdf files take long to print specially if there are lot of graphics. wait and see
Dumb question, just to get tit out of the way. 
Did you specify it to only print the first page?
As you can see here, I had the same problem. What finally worked for me was uninstalling and re-installing Adobe Acrobat.
