How do you get updates on 'Play TV' on a PS3?

Hi guys,

I’ve recently got ‘Play TV’ on my PS3 and it’s showing ‘update available’ but I’ve no idea how to get it - can anyone help?

I’m not sure what “Play TV” is, but with most other PS3 things, you either need to update your system information or go to the online Playstation Store and find the appropriate add-on to download and install.
