Even now, with all that’s happened, it seems Trump can stoop low enough to shock me all over again (and from the clip, even shock some MAGAs). He’s a disgrace to our species.
Yeah, with him there’s no such thing as “he can’t go any lower.” 
Well, we already knew Trump was a no good cowardly “punching down” bullying scumbag mother fucking piece of syphilitic buzzard shit, didn’t we.
The Dingell remark is beyond the pale, but then, Twitler doesn’t know anything about “pale.” And now he’s only the third President to be impeached. Richly deserved.
The Press Secretary’s defense:
“He was at a political rally,” she said when pressed on Trump’s remarks. “He has been under attack and under impeachment attack for the last few months and then just under attack politically for the last two-and-a-half years. I think as we all know, the president is a counter-puncher. It was a very, very supportive and wild crowd and he was just riffing on some of the things that have happened the past few days.”
Hey, he’s under ATTACK people! It’s totally fine that he acts like an asshole to any anyone! And anyway his people love it! Get over it!
Trump just stated that the Democratic Party will receive an impeachment ‘backlash at the box office’.

I’ve even seen a few interviews where some republican has the gall to go on some rant about civility “on both sides”, but at the same time refuses to acknowledge the awfulness of Trump’s words that day.
If there really were a widespread issue with civility (and I disagree, let alone with the idea that it’s equal across the two parties), Trump is still the fucking epicenter of it – Step 1 is necessarily condemning his words.
As for Trump as the victim, well it’s true. I mean, this selfish widow, thinks she can vote based on her judgement and conscience? Does she not think of the president’s fragile feelings?
He has no choice but to insult her and her deceased husband, it’s just self defense.

If there were any justice, then each and every time some Trump-defender rolls out the ‘he’s a counter-puncher’ excuse, a two-ton cube of fresh feces would appear a foot over their head—and then drop with a mighty squelch.

I’m sure I’ve shared this before, but when my oldest was in kindergarten, he came home one day and explained in that solemn way young children have when explaining the world to grownups that it is OK to hit someone if they hit you back.
