USPS tells me we’re expecting a card from Yougkin’s campaign with Trump’s endorsement on it today. On it is a quote from Trump’s “Take Back Virginia Rally” earlier this month:
Somebody didn’t realize how blue Northern Virginia is. We definitely do not want a mini-Trump.
I’ll guess I’ll put this here, although it really isn’t pissing me off.
Every morning of every day, Mr. Not the President Trump wakes up to the fact that he’s either history’s biggest loser or history biggest victim….and he goes with the latter.
But his right-wing media cheerleaders are moving on. They aren’t talking about the Big Steal that much and they are definitely not trying hard enough to get him reinstated. They aren’t trying at all. They’ve moved on to fighting the vaccine (against his vaccine) and CRT.
It almost like they don’t want to keep trying to get the election reversed.
So Trump issued a new warning today, mob boss style. He’s definitely NOT telling Republicans not to vote. He wants everyone to know that he’s not telling them not to vote.
But he does want everyone to know that if he’s not reinstated, Republicans will be discouraged and won’t vote. Not because he’s telling them not to vote, it’s just that they’ll be so discouraged that they won’t.
As I read this missive, I could almost hear Lindsey Graham saying “It’s sounding like you’re telling Republicans to stay home and not vote. You can’t do that, you just can’t. The future of the Republican Party is at stake.”
So Trump is now totally making sure that everyone knows that he’s not telling Republicans not to vote, although he wouldn’t blame them if they didn’t.

I would be very happy to see the FBI give Trump free room and board. But it’s not going to happen.
Individual 1 attended the World Series game in Atlanta last night. He put out a statement thanking MLB and the President of the Yankees for the invitation to attend.
1-The President of the Yankees has no say as to whether somebody attends a game in Atlanta or not.
2-MLB said he asked them if he could attend.
They should’ve said “No.”
And he was greeted with boos and chants of ‘Lock him up!’
As heartwarming as that was to watch, I feel compelled to mention that that clip is from 2019.

Watching the World Series the other night, I think I saw the stupidest political commercial ever, which basically suggested that we owe thanks to Gov. Brian Kemp and Shthd. Donald Trump for game 5 of the World Series being held in Atlanta.
They think it’s some kind of devastating rebuff after the MLB relocating the All-Star game. The MAGA hats want to take credit for the hard work of the boys in the ‘A’ hats. Shameless and pathetic.
As Lafayette plaza showed, Trump is a fascist opportunist, I still remember how right wingers do think that Trump is off the hook about what took place because the removal of protesters from Lafayette plaza was planned early, with no involvement from Trump (as far as the reports showed, however lawsuits are still ongoing to find his actual involvement). Thing is that clearly Trump was advised on what was going to take place and did use it to make it appear as if the police and even the army was supporting his photo opp.
As the example of the world series shows, he will lie about the actual control he had then and now. But he will tell their followers how “tough” he was against protesters, when in reality he remains an opportunistic bastard that does not really care about the truth or for the ones that he claims to represent.

Of course, you could always just hire funeral strippers if you want to celebrate.
