He claims to be best friends with the leaders of two countries that are hostile to the United States.
He stole top secret documents and refused to give them back. No one knows who has seen them. I suspect he was going to sell them.
Trump is, of course, to stupid to understand it, but he is dancing around treason in my book. Jack Smith is doing a great job, but that would be to difficult a hill to climb. And really no reason to considering all of Trumps other crimes.

Like where are we going to house him and what if any role will the Secret Service play? Are we gonna let him in the exercise yard with the general population, or does he get a security detail? What a hassle this will be…”

I just started reading the book Dreamland yesterday and finished the chapter on the history of Area 51 last night. That area sounds perfect for him.
