I guess this thread is the closest to “Shit Trump does that he should get in trouble for but probably won’t”. Today he has posted screenshots of two entire articles from The Washington Post on Truth Social. He’s not just reposting paywalled content, he’s doing it on a social media site he has an ownership stake in, so he stands to financially benefit from it. Will it piss off Bezos enough to do something about it? A “cease and desist” letter that Trump will ignore? I’m curious if anything will come of it.
Most likely the WashPost lawyers would send any communications to the ISP hosting Truth Social demanding the material be taken down, and threatening lawsuits at that level. That’s far more likely to be effective.
I’m still pissed off that Trump enables these traitors.

In Biden’s case, he does not have to do Trump the favor of going to some biased “mental acuity challenge” that is created by Trump’s people. Biden just has to sit back and watch Trump’s life, reputation, wealth, and freedom get destroyed by the multiple lawsuits and criminal trials he is being pummeled with.
It’s like standing on the deck of a ship and watching a rival in the water being torn apart by sharks, and the guy demands that you jump in the water with him to engage in a fist fight. “No, thanks, I’m happy just to stand here and watch, with some popcorn.”
