People question Biden’s cognitive abilities because his ability to govern is based on the idea that he will uderstand situations, make good policy decisions, appoint capable people, etc. He needs to have his wits about him to do those things.
Trump’s supporters don’t ask about Trump’s faculties because they are irrelevant. Trump doesn’t promise to do smart things, so it doesn’t matter if he’s smart. As long as he can work a crowd and get them cheering for him, he will have their support.

His style is the easier one or two rallies a week that leaves him plenty of golf time. Now that the primaries are really on, it will be interesting to see how he physically holds up.
