I think it is entirely possible. You could shine a 5000 lumen light into their eyes, and if Trump said it was dark out, their optic nerve would not even fire.
There is a book by Huxley called The Doors of Perception (yes, beloved by Jim Morrison) in which the author says “the brain is a reducing valve”, which constantly acquires enormous amounts of information and throws 99% of it away so that we can concentrate on what matters. Assuming that this is a valid characterization (seems pretty accurate to me), it suggests that MAGAts have really, really powerful brains.
I’ll take your point as long as we pair it with the equally popular pop consideration:
“With great power comes great responsibility.”
Something that Trump, and his MAGA minions abandon happily, furthering the path of destruction.
It still pisses me off Tan the Convictman still has followers who believe crap like this. That link shows the aforementioned convict in battle gear leading what appears to be part of the D-Day landing. And since today is the anniversary of D-Day, that pisses me off even more.
Someone remind me? Those GIs storming the beach were wearing olive drab and khaki . . . which guys were wearing black again?
Stolen valor courtesy of one of Cadet Bone Spurs’ slavish sycophants.
I like pointing out to the MAGAs that those guys were the original antifa and going after white supremists.
Yeah I’ve seen that posted by my MAGA moron brother in law.
Didn’t the Schutzstaffel wear black uniforms?
And apparently the idiots who condemn anyone for flying a flag of another country in the United States (somehow they never moan about the flags of Ireland, Scotland, France, or any number of European countries)–“No other flag than the American flag”–paraded a giant Trump flag in New York City.
Is this the definition of Poe’s Law?
Wow! that was er, well, something.
Obviously the producers had no familiarity with the concept of irony. They even included the paper towel throwing incident in the video.
I wish. But the fact that the splash page calls out “Patriot Mobile” is a pretty clear “I am totally serious” indicator.
Visiting the “artist”'s YouTube page firms up that impression quite adequately.
The last few seconds of that are particularly terrifying.
I guess the most annoying thing about it is that it is more than two and a half minutes long and the longest edit in it is slightly more than one second. The flip-flip-flip bidness irritates me no end.
One comment was perfect: “worship music for the golden calf.”
Woship music for the orange bullshitter.
Turmp hits every single box on the 'beware false prophets" checklist (a week as false profits), and has only to declare himself the second coming to hit everything on the antichrist list.
Is that for real? And not poking fun?
At least in Georgia:
Ok, I’m starting to have some concerns about being an atheist.
Fucking Hell.
