I’m reminded of Heinlein’s The Star Beast, which includes a trial scene where witnesses are required to keep one hand on a lie-detector type panel which is connected to a display which changes color based on the veracity of their testimony. One witness, the town busybody, gets very upset when her statements are identified as various degrees of untruth. Amusingly enough, at the beginning of her questioning when she is asked such things as her age the indicator starts wavering away from “strictly true”, which the judge decides to let pass.

I would list my guesses as to what he considers “Black jobs” and “Hispanic jobs”, but I don’t want to even channel such racism.
Well, it is wrong, really. If he has an event like that at a public appearance, people will notice and he will be rushed to the hospital. The faster you get seen for a stroke, the easier it is to fully recover. Mostly the same for a heart problem. If you were serious, you would wish for that to happen while he is sleeping and no one else is in the room.
