I’d put money on he forgot Putin’s name and contributions (heheheh) and went with the one he loves instead.
Great, now Putin will be jealous.
“Dictator Fight!”
Republicans adore dictators. They want to be dictators so they can brutalize everyone they hate.
“Your guilty conscience may force you to vote Democratic, but deep down inside you secretly long for a cold-hearted Republican to lower taxes, brutalize criminals, and rule you like a king. [snip]”
The first comment seems spot on:

The most unrealistic thing about this is that Bob actually faced the consequences of his actions.
He’s not technically convicted yet until Merchen sentances him.
Um, yes he is.
Yes, @Stratocaster, you are correct.
A conviction is an adjudication of a criminal defendant’s guilt; specifically, it is the act or judicial process of finding a criminal defendant guilty of a charged offense.
Legally speaking, he was convicted when the jury found him guilty on all charges.
And once he became convicted of a felony, legally he became a felon.
A felon is a person who has committed a felony.
None of that is dependent on sentencing.
He woke up this morning.
I read somewhere that you know for sure that the bullet did not take off part of his ear because it is not up for sale anywhere.
I’m convinced his boo-boo healed up a week ago, but he’ll be wearing the Maxipad for the rest of the campaign
If only he would wear it in his mouth.
What? The part of the ear?
Absolutely.
I am not familiar with US law, but doesn’t a felony conviction prevent ascending to presidentcy?
If Mr. Trump was a lawyer, he would have been disbarred long ago.
Nothing in the Constitution prohibits a felon from becoming president. The Founders likely didn’t think it necessary, if they thought of it at all.
Nope. Here is the full text of U.S. Constitution, article II, § 1, clause 5:
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.
I kind of wish that Mr. Trump was a lawyer, just so he could be disbarred.
Did he, though? I DEMAND proof of life!
There’s a lot of things the Founders took for granted. That’s partly why they included (what they thought) was a adequate way to change it.
Well, time makes fools of us all
People are saying that a certain prominent politician has dies and his campaign is cover it up.
