Yes. Trump must rank as the easiest-to-manipulate world leader in human history. His massive insecurity and neediness made him, indeed, a play-toy for other leaders (particularly the unscrupulous ones).
But this particular slam against Harris will work with many of his voters, who resent and dislike women in general. When a woman is put in a position of power over them, their resentment and fear zoom right off the charts.
How much more pleasant for them to fantasize about how helpless such a woman would be when put in a room with A Man. And as always, a huge part of Trump’s appeal to these voters is his ability to feed them the fantasies they crave most (about male supremacy, white supremacy, “Christian” supremacy, and hetero supremacy).

Five days before Donald Trump became president in January 2017, a manager at a bank branch in Cairo received an unusual letter from an organization linked to the Egyptian intelligence service. It asked the bank to “kindly withdraw” nearly $10 million from the organization’s account — all in cash.
