It doesn’t piss me off, I’m an innocent bystander, but just heard some woman in the audience fainted at his NC rally and he walked out from the protective glass to give her a hug.

It was smart of him to take advantage of the situation to have a good moment on camera.
He didn’t actually help her, but he did pause his speech and ask for a doctor, and then waited until she was okay.
It seems like something a normal person would do, I don’t find it exceptional that he did it, and clearly it was done for the cameras and to help him image. But I don’t have problem with it either.

I hope there will be some journalistic follow-up. If the woman was genuinely distressed, she might welcome public support.
But with Trump it’s impossible to believe, without evidence, that anything that happens is genuine. For him, the only reasonable default is ‘it’s a lie.’

Trump saw a woman pass out, and no one is giving him credit for not groping her?

In his head, he became confused because she passed out for some reason other than that he was groping her. So he went and gave her a hug, which is a lot like groping but you can do it in public, and without getting sued.
In the past week I have received two postcard-type mailings from Trump pointing out what a bad person Kamala Harris is, and how she will destroy the country if elected. To the best of my recollection this is the first time I’ve ever gotten anything but generic Republican mailings not only during this election cycle, but in the 2016 election.
Both of them went directly into my outside recycling bin, since I didn’t want my house sullied by their presence.
