I wonder how that differs from “…up to 5000 feet AGL”
I have to confess that I’m completely lost on that. I interpret that as saying that the airspace would be restricted to the point that no one would be allowed to be in the air close to the rally.
Am I interpreting that correctly, or do I need to go take a nap and try again later?

That part Johnny quoted just defines an area of airspace, and the times when that area is restricted. There are more details if you follow the link. There are two areas defined, and three intervals. My guess is that they’re for Trump’s arrival at Jaqueline Cochran Airport, then the rally, then the airport again for his departure. There are also descriptions of which aircraft are allowed in the restricted area (law enforcement, medevac, fire fighting) and other details.
I didn’t come up with that.

I must confess that I’ve never heard the term ‘manure farm’. Although I have heard of making compost from manure. Which I suspect is what used to happen at this location.

You do get them off Florida, it’s just extremely rare. There is a low density population in the Caribbean.
A lot of the elderly orcas migrate to Florida.

That’s the issue. Trump dug up the racists and bigots out from under their rocks. Now they aren’t hiding. This may be a good thing. When decent people see them, and they are pointed out for what they are they may hide again. That is a big problem.
