Why not, one captures carbon.
Surprise, surprise, surprise. A traitor and failure glories in another traitor and failure. (The link goes to Military.com.) And, of course, the crowd revels in it.
Trump Vows to Restore Fort Liberty’s Old Name Honoring Confederate General
Fort Liberty in North Carolina could revert to its former name honoring an unsuccessful Confederate general if former President Donald Trump is reelected in November.
At a campaign event in Fayetteville on Friday evening, Trump vowed to bring back the name Fort Bragg, which was changed to Fort Liberty last year as part of a broader congressionally mandated project to scrub Confederate names from Defense Department property.
And now for the way the melon felon parses this concept of an idea.
“I think I just learned the secret to winning absolutely and by massive margins. I’m going to promise to you, as I said at the beginning, that we’re going to change the name back to Fort Bragg,” Trump said at the town-hall style event.
And what triggered the melon felon into blathering that theory of a concept of an idea?
The comment came after an attendee who asked a question identified himself as an active-duty soldier from Fort Liberty, eliciting boos from the crowd.
I like that. Booing a soldier. Isn’t that the way you would show your support of the military?
Speaking of which, here’s what the melon felon had to say about war way back when he was disgracing the Oval Office:
“We won two World Wars, two World Wars, beautiful World Wars that were vicious and horrible, and we won them out of Fort Bragg, we won them out of all of these forts and now they want to throw those names away,” Trump said in 2020.
Don’t you ever forget this! World Wars One and Two were beautiful. Beautiful. Thus saith the Lard!
They’re gonna need a smaller boat.
Amazing. The melon felon’s Nuremberg rallies aren’t all that healthy for his cultists. AOL is telling me even the indoor events are sending people to the hospital. And there’s an interesting reaction from the melon felon:
There was a medical emergency that required an attendee to be placed on a stretcher about 30 minutes into the event. As the crowd started singing “God Bless America,” Trump requested that “Ave Maria” be played on the loudspeakers as medics tended to the man.
So the crowd burst into a patriotic song and he asked for a religious song in its place. Oh, and I did’t realize he’s Catholic.
And I guess he’s decided it’s finally time to attempt a joke. WTF?
“Personally, I enjoy this. We lose weight, you know. No, you lose weight. We could do this – lose four or five pounds,” Trump quipped.
“Would anybody else like to faint?” Trump said as the second person made their way out of the Expo Center.
And this, my friends, is the person millions of our fellow Americans want to be the next president.
Cry, the beloved country.
He stopped taking questions and started dancing to music. Campaign spokesdrone said, “Total lovefest at the PA townhall! Everyone was so excited they were fainting so (Screaming ShitGibbon) turned to music. Nobody wanted to leave and wanted to hear more songs from the famous DJT Spotify playlist!”
Apparently, not wanting to leave failed to prevent attendees from filing out.
I’m picturing a box trap, like the ones kids use for birds, with a box propped up by an easily-dislodged stick, which is attached to the bait. The bait, in this case, is a roll of toilet paper.
I understand a skilled manure capturer can snare several hundred pounds with a single roll of toilet tissue. And not even that extra-long Charmin stuff.
Also the moron has been saying that countries like Venezuela are emptying their “prisons, mental institutions and insane asylums, which are like mental institutions on steroids”. He actually thinks that ‘insane asylum’, rather than being an obsolete term, is a more extreme version of a mental institution.
Donald and Donald’s Infinite Playlist
He, as usual, fears the thing he accuses. I would ideally like Bedlam to still be operational; but in reality when Trump enters an elder-care facility it will probably be run by the City of New York Corrections Department.
Nah, he knows that “insane asylum” sounds more alarming than “mental institution”.
Except he’s referring to mental institutions and insane asylums, referring to the latter as ‘a mental institution on steroids’ in a clip I saw a couple months ago. And in this recent clip @Smapti posted in the ‘Is trump confused?’ thread, he also refers to mental institutions and insane asylums, which are ‘a step above’, he says (second clip in the post; it’s not in the brief transcription so you have to listen to the clip).
So he actually does seem to think that there are ‘mental institutions’, and also ‘insane asylums’ where the real, bad crazies are kept.
Duh, a mental institution is where his really smart uncle went - MIT. It’s all very brainy and mental. AND it’s an institute. And you pay tuition. The puzzle is starting to fit together.
To do that he would have to acknowledge that it happened. Its better to claim that its fake news, and that all of those Tweets Xs from Trumpers complaining were actually liberals spreading falsehoods.
I was picturing a Mutual of Omaha thing. Jim spots the wild manure pile…
Is this the right thread for this?
Republicans Try to Rewrite Trump’s Threat to Use Military Against Citizens
“I’m literally reading his quotes to you, and I played them earlier so you could hear that they were not made up by me…”
The governor insisted that he didn’t “believe” that that’s what Trump meant.
“You can wish that he wasn’t saying that, but that’s what he said.”
Making excuses for Donny Fail-Fail day in and day out must be EXHAUSTING for MAGAfans!
They do it because they want on the MAGA grift train. The one that most people can see is heading for a cliff.
“I don’t think he has the authority under the law” is doing some heavy lifting in that quote.
This probably explains why candyman Dr. Ronny Jackson was handing out stimulants and other little helpers to the Trump White House staff like everyday was Halloween.
The next question, of course, is “who decides whether a civil disobedience or insurrection is taking place?”
