First point - just an interesting amplification of that point:
Second point:
From the DoD Inspector General - January 2024:
“We found that the White House Medical Unit provided a wide range of health care and pharmaceutical services to ineligible White House staff in violation of Federal law and regulation and DoD policy. Additionally, the White House Medical Unit dispensed prescription medications, including controlled substances, to ineligible White House staff.”
Look at the “Sample of the White House Medical Unit Controlled Substance Receipt Tracking Form” from 2019 alone – for the TRUMP White House. You should look at this report. Uppers, downers, benzos, Ketamine, and no end of opiates.
From the NPR article:
Hitler met a doctor called Theo Morell in 1936, and Morell was famous for giving vitamin injections {…}
Has anybody here ever seen Morell and (White House Physician and Trump toady extraordinaire) Ronny Jackson together in the same place at the same time??
Yeah. Exactly.
[And the MAGAs were apoplectic over some random dime bag of blow left at the WH by … somebody]
Me, too, though none that mentioned that. (I guess you can tell I seldom watch The History Channel, which as I understand it is practically All Hitler All the Time.)
Anyway: this speech today, by Trump, was not only low energy. It was also “Donald’s Story Hour” with nothing but his fantasies about Congo sending us all their prisoners and the rest of the weird lies he’s come up with.
I didn’t listen to the whole thing but I’d be amazed if he said even ONE true thing during the entire speech.
This is a bit of a hi-jack. Saw the Indigo Girls a couple of weeks ago. The show started exactly on time. And ended when they said it would without encores that you would have to wait for.
Just a thank you to the band and the audience, and then the lights came up. It was great. And what I expect from professionals. /hj
If you have a crew of professionals, and an audience waiting for you. You. Are. On. Time. Without a real good excuse, it’s very disrespectful.
How Trumps people can stand him, is just a puzzlement. But I suspect that has been Trump his entire entitled life. People wait for ME.
This does seem relevant–that’s definitely his attitude.
But given how he appears physically, today and recently, I suspect there’s also a ‘we have to wait for the stimulants to kick in’ element. (I don’t claim to have any proof of this.)
