How has the disgraced, CONVICTED FELON, former but once again President Trump pissed you off today? (Part 1)

Thank you, I meant to say all nouns. (Obviously, English capitalizes all proper nouns. :man_facepalming:) But the semi-literacy probably explains it better.

He crossed out “Mr. Holt” and handwrote “Lester”. Are they on friendly terms or is it yet another petty belittlement? He didn’t send it back to be corrected, the letter was sent with the handwritten correction. He wanted Mr. Holt to know he didn’t deserve standard professional courtesy. Just a little thing like a pat on the head instead of the back. It just shows how petty this man is.

Trump hasn’t found a printed document that couldn’t be “improved” with his Sharpie!

But seriously, I’m not sure why he did it but I’m guessing you are going down the correct path.

Well, Mr Holt is a, um, Black fellow, you don’t really think Trump considers him worthy of standard professional courtesy, do you?

Let’s not go nuts here, shall we? It’s a common thing to do on a business letter, to type in the formal “Mr. XXXX” and to handwrite a more personal “Firstname” to show how the two of you are, of course, on a first name basis. Nothing exceptional to see here, move on.

Usually when you have stationary but write to a personal friend, you will cross out your own name. You know, the one that is preprinted on the stationary with all the titles and honorifics. Handwrite in your first name.

I’m not aware of a practice where you would cross out the recipient’s printed name.

TFG asks his supporters to buy him a new plane after the plane he was flying on to Mar-A-Lago had to make an emergency landing.

Maybe he should ask his buddies in Russia, they seem to have plenty of planes to spare.

Jeez, it’s almost like the guy isn’t actually the millionaire he claims to be.

Just $85K!

That’s $8.5k down! But probably not luxurious enough for the Don.

He’d weigh it down with so much gold that it would no longer be capable of taking off.

It’s not the gold that’s adding the weight.

Puhleeze, you don’t really think that’s real gold, do you?

Fake gold has weight, too. Granted, not as much as real gold – or himself. @Maus_Magill

In Trump’s case it’s because he didn’t pay attention in school.

“I don’t know, but I’ve been told
That it’s hard to run with the weight of gold
Other hand, I’ve heard it said
That it’s just as hard with the weight of lead.”
R. Hunter “New Speedway Boogie”

To be clear, he wasn’t flying on his own plane. It was a loaner from some schmuck.

His plane? The one with the Trump logo on it? Apparently, that’s gathering dust in a hangar because it’s not airworthy.

I would be surprised if Trumps plane, the 757 is in a hanger.

I don’t think Trump’s 757 is in a hangar. I think it’s just sitting on the ramp.

  1. I don’t know if there is a hangar big enough;
  2. Hangars are expensive to rent.
