No, I just can’t watch a video right now.
I’ll have to watch it when I can.
No, I just can’t watch a video right now.

I promise, it is hilarious. Especially donnie’s hair catching fire
Sorry, I think it’s just dumb. Making fun of those fools will not save the USA.
True enough, but I don’t see a claim that it will. Just some tension relieving humor.
I’m going to put my congress people in my contact list. Call them. Do it a lot.
Ridicule and satire are forms of action. I send, post, email my representatives but I’m in Hawaii. They already know Dump / Republicants are a disaster.
Besides, if his nibs sees him it will make him apopleptic like those “whisper” ads the Lincoln Project would buy air time for in Mar a Logo’s TV market.
Utter disgrace. Do not view for at least 30 minutes after eating. The new bribe / visa get into US card.
From other threads I am informed that the fee can can be, or not be, imposed by Trump if he feels like it.
I don’t see how such a thing could be applied, if not across the board.
You mean like in democracy that has laws, a Congress and an independent judiciary? Shit like that?
I’m learning that this country is not the Democracy I’ve been led my whole life to believe.
And I’ve lived through a Trump presidency!
But yeah, I just don’t see how the mandate works, if not across the board. Like, it seems like too much work for a Trump administration.
How many H1B visas are there every year? Does Trump apply it widely, and then grant exceptions? Or vice versa?
Maybe apply it widely and then set up a bribe hotline for exemptions.
You’re sounding too progressive there, bud. Be careful the Thought Police don’t kick in your door, guns blazing.
I read in another thread that it’s not enforced by default. So in other words, when a company defies or otherwise pisses off the Orange Asshole, he’ll slap every visa holder working there with the fee.
That sounds perfect for a corrupt and lazy fuck like Trump.
… Depends.
Makes (trump) sense. Far less work, emphasis on intimidation.
I wouldn’t want to be the Trump lackey who opposed the bribe hotline angle.
Nearly a year later, I still can’t belive America double-dipped on this scumbag. Something insane like Russia invading Alaska would less disheartening; at least that would mean the rot was external.
Ah well, Vodka to the rescue.
“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.” --Theodore Roosevelt
Sounds like a good idea, but I don’t know if there’s any.
There was an hour-long broadcast on NPR today, that we listened to on our little road trip. It was interviews with federal immigration judges. (I don’t know the name of the show, so I can’t find it.) My wife has her BSN, so she already has a Batchelor’s degree. She wondered if she could go back to school and earn a law degree so that she can help immigrants.
