I, for one, thought it was pretty weak sauce.
The lamestream media tries to distract trump with meaningless wonky SCOTUS rulings, and trump sets them straight on the real important work of government he’s got his mind on. The Voting Rights what, now? Thank God for the inhuman ability of that man to keep his eyes on the prize, tune out the distractions, and focus on the really necessary stuff.

What qualifies as a wicked burn to us won’t even register as English to those first 3 categories.
