Most recently he’s been blathering about having a promenade built that will run off the back of the Lincoln Memorial and extend to the Potomac, or something. “They want to call it the trump Promenade” he says, without specifying who ‘they’ are. Call me cynical, but I don’t think there really is a ‘they’.
