There’s been a lot of speculation as to whether or not trump is succumbing to dementia, but apart from possible dementia, he is quite literally mad with power. And when I say ‘mad’ I mean it in both senses: he is a very angry person, and he is full-blown batshit insane. The article below quotes, in part, this Truth Social post from two days ago. And why does the Strait of Hormuz need a so-called guardian now? It didn’t need one prior to this war. Trump didn’t make things worse, did he?

And with, even if anybody was stupid enough to comply, little (or let’s be real, no) thought for how to set up the logistics or regulatory framework necessary to figure out how much 20% would be of any given cargo or what happens if that protection breaks down and the cargo is damaged anyway.
It’s just like a supermarket! You price them by weight. The heavier ones cost more!
