It is not sufficient to just say that the Supreme Court has ruled that immigrants are entitled to due process. Bring some evidence that they, all of them, are actually getting it.
The 5th Amendment states that “no person shall… be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;”, which was the original Due Process Clause, but was not considered binding on the states.
The 14th Amendment extended this protection to state actions as well, as many of the states in the process of Reconstruction at the time didn’t want to extend due process to the, uh, darker persons under their jurisdiction..
So both the Federal government and all state governments are constrained to not deprive people of due process.

This was after the shooter was capped. They were evacuating the scene, they pulled him to his feet, he was calling for his shoe, then fist pumped before they wrestled him away.
I’m not sure the were doing a very good job, though, because there was no way to ensure there wasn’t another shooter. They could have had someone on top of him and carried them both.
I hate that Trump has managed to turn a near disaster into a political (and financial) gold mine. I do have to admit he did play that followup moment prefectly for a triumphant display. Had there been a second shooter, that might have been gold for the rest of us, but as it is, it’s just him.

Unilaterally expanding the use of a legal process does not make the expansion legal. Unilaterally expand the use of legal arrest, detainment, and lifetime prison sentences. Doesn’t sound legal any more.
Without legal processes to ensure the people actually are gang members. Just deport anyone you want claiming they are a gang member, or a foreign national. Without legal process review, they can deport anyone just by saying they are illegal.
Giving only some due process means not giving due process, i.e. the process that is due, owed, required.
