More sales, fewer, neither?
I would think it has impacted the sales of all beers given that bars are closed and people are unemployed.

Corona’s US owner says its sales are up. (cite). Meanwhile, a plebiscite in Mexicali has stopped a massive Corona brewery. (cite) I gather it would have been HUMONGOUS! When we first saw the Corona brewery in Zacatecas state it looked comparable to Cape Canaveral’s immense Vehicle Assembly Building but rising from vast maize cornfields.
I’ll bet that Corona is the scofflaws’ beer of choice for Spring Break fests.
