How is vaccine progress going globally?

Theres about 8 billion people globally, how is vaccine progress going in the rest of the world?

I’ve heard Africa has barely started, has anything been done to help get them more vaccines and health care workers? What about southeast asia? I think India is only at 7% fully vaccinated, but 25% with at least one dose.

I remember last year reading some articles that it’ll take 4 years or so to get the entire world vaccinated. Is that still considered a good estimate?
