It’s not all that uncommon for me to be here (and posting) for at least 18 hours with at least one post an hour. I think I could go for 36 hours easily and probably 48.
Anybody able to brag about more hours? Honor System, of course. I mean, how would we check without following your every post?
Anybody good enough with scripts or the like to scan the database here for who has the record?

I’m hoping this thread will remove my guilt and the fear of posting too much. :o
I searched a long time for a message board of this quality, and one where I felt I could fit in humor-wise. I only sleep 5-6 hours a night, and I’m able to pop in and out of the forums during the day and night. Many times I write out replies in Word, but don’t post them, especially in Games where I try to hold back and let others have their turn.
Every morning as I drink my coffee I work my way through six or seven forums, posting when I have something to say. I subscribe to about 20 threads, mainly games, so I’m notified whenever someone has taken their turn. At night I usually read the boards again before going to sleep. I’m not sure about “every hour”, but I know I post a lot from 5 am to 9 pm or later.
Rather than trying to be the posting queen, I work pretty hard not to be the new kid who can’t keep her mouth shut.
Long ago, I began resorting to the “New Posts” option and only go to individual fora if I have posted there and those posts don’t appear in the “New Posts” listing. I only occasionally subscribe to a thread – rather than just posting in it which accomplishes much the same goal.
Start a thread, give people a couple days to sign up to play. Then on ‘go’ day at midnight, players have to post to that thread every hour on the hour +/- 10 minutes. If you miss an hour, you’re done. Last poster wins.
We’re in similar boats, I think. My 5+ per day “average” includes times when I was posting in game threads at a rapid pace, along with weeks-to-months breaks of no posts at all.
