It just occured to me a few minutes ago that the Phelps people are probably going to have a field day with Katrina. I wouldn’t even trust Pat Robertson to keep his mouth shut right now, let alone Falwell or the Phelchers.
New Orleans is known for debauchery and having fun in general, something very much against your average puritanical moral standard. Thus, I give it two or three days until someone says somthing dumb in public or on tv. I considered making a pre-emptive Pit thread (Strike First! It’s Doctrine!), but I didn’t want to jump the shark.
Anyone care to lay stakes?
