I have what appears to be a small one underneath and to the right of my left nipple, I have a lot of flat brown moles all over my body though, so it might just be one of those, however it has a darkened centre, so maybe… I dunno.
Mine too! Same thing, I had him at the pediatrician, and the doc asked her student–who was there observing–what the small little wrinkle about two inches below his left nippy was. The student guessed a cyst or something, and doc was like “NO, it’s an extra nipple!” She said it in such a happy voice, I couldn’t decide if I was creeped out or excited.

First, check to see if it lies on the ‘milk line’ or ‘nipple line’, the lines extending from the armpit to the groin. This is where extra nipples are normally located, and most commonly they are situated 3 to 5 inches below the main nipples.
Does it have the same color scheme as the main nipples? Is the center a different color than the outside?? If so, it’s likely a third nipple.
Does it have one big hair sticking out of it? If it does, it’s only a mole.
Does it have several small hairs encircling it? If so, it’s probably a nipple.

For a time I thought I had one. It was sticking out my left side, but turned out to only be a skin tag. The more I noticed it, the more it started to bother me what with it existing and all, so I removed it with a disposable scalpel. the only thing is I forgot to have some gauze handy. Who knew something so small could bleed so profusely?
Based on what Surreal just said, mine is a third nip.

I’ve got four too – two small ones like Surreal’s. You don’t notice 'em unless you point them out. Great fun at parties.
Funny story: I was the only one I knew who had this “condition” for the first twenty years of my life. Moved to another state – lady across the street was mowing her lawn in a bikini. I went over to say hello – and couldn’t help but notice her extra set of teeny nips - just like mine but a bit darker and more noticeable. Felt a bit foolish, but I said, “hey, I’ve got extra set of nipples too!” Quite a way to break the ice with a new neighbor, eh?
I know yelling “BAND NAME!” seems to have gone out of style, but sometimes ya just can’t resist.
Bout time there was a nipple thread. Just the bog standard two here though.

This thing here may be a nipple. But I’m not sure I want to ask my doctor about it.
I think it’s cool to have three nipples, so I’m going to assume it is one.
