How many of YOUR classmates are at classmates.com?

From my high school graduating class, 141 are registered at http://www.classmates.com … that’s about 1 in 6 students. Pretty good, I’d say!

They now let you register your elementary through college schools… my elementary school has a grand total of 3 people registered. Heh.

oh, my other high school, that I went to for one semester, has 124 regsitered in my graduating class.

Other than me, two from my graduating class of 26.

I got you all beat…

That’s a cool site. I’d seen it before about a year ago, but now they’ve added Military assignments to it.

It says 915 registered from my high school, but only 39 from the year I graduated. Our graduating class was around 700 if I remember correctly. It’s a much lower ratio than I would have thought.

15 are registered from my graduating class of 23.

We have 8 now, out of 50 in the class. Not bad, for a bunch that graduated before anyone started putting computers in classrooms.

Remarkably, the ones registered aren’t the ones I would have expected. We have many that ended up as techno geeks, and I don’t see them.

Not many. I checked once and there were only two out of my class.

I suspect that many geeks don’t particularly have a fondness for high school.

169, out of 444 in the class. Of course, that included a few duplicates and a few entries such as “PIZZA, HUT,” so I’d guess the real number is around 160.

I’ve got to say I found browsing the site a weird experience … everybody seems to have posted messages looking for other members of their little cliques, and it all brought back the I’m-not-welcome-here feeling that I haven’t had since high school. Oh well. Guess I won’t be going to class reunions any time soon.

Last time I looked, there were only about 30 from my graduating class of about 250. But it’s been quite a while. I’m sure there’s more now. When I first registered there were only 6, I think. I should probably take a look.

My graduating class had 849, and there are 123 registered, including several duplicates. When we had our 10th reunion, there were a total of 200 bodies present, and that included non-class spouses. That was the only reunion held, tho this year marks our 30th. Parkville high school class of 72 was a bunch of poops. Except for me. I was good.

Well, for my school, it’s only 60, but seeing as that’s better than 30% of the graduating class, that’s not too bad. Also considering that 11 of my classmates are dead already, it’s better than that.

I’d actually registered w/them about a year ago, hadn’t checked back in quite a while (tho I have heard from the reunion committee the big 30 is comming up). But checked back on there today, saw 134 (some dupes) out of a class of about 750.

two oddities, tho’ Only one of the identical twins has registered.

and:

the guy who is doing 40 years in the Federal pen (for cocaine smuggling - he was featured on the cover of the Sunday Supplemental Mag about 15 years ago when they’d just caught him, was in custody in Canada, made a spectacular escape was found again in Europe, DEA confiscated several mil from him, used to race cars with Paul Newman etc etc etc.)

He’s registered. Almost paid up the registration fee to get his email addy. then realized ’ I then would have his email addy.

My school has over 2000 registered.

But I don’t go there any more, except to see how few and far between the messages are. See, that site used to be free; anyone could register and post to the boards. Now they charge what, $29.95 per year?! And even before the fees were mandatory, (originally the fee was an option, but anyone who didn’t pay the fee couldn’t see the full profile of a member), if you put your email address in a message it would be censored.

Very few people from my school ever joined in full, so not many post there anymore. By next year, when most subscriptions expire, I’m sure the number will dwindle even more.

38 out of my class of 148. 1425 total alumni.

Almost 5200 total alumni including one guy from 1933.

124 in my class of around 600 including the fake name that I used to get on.

The date for my 20 year reunion is set for Aug of 2002. Yikes! I think that I’ll have to pass on that though. Unfortunately I have a haircut appointment for that day. What a bunch of horrible memories just came flooding back. Leaving town in 1982 was the best thing I ever did.

Haj

21 out of 97 in my high school class, so not too bad. A number of them signed up earlier in the summer, before the 10 year reunion. I’ve heard that most of them didn’t show though. I didn’t.

Elementary school #1 has 3 people registered, of which I recognize all 3, and elementary school #2 has another 3 registered. I recognize none of those names.

But how many from YOUR GRADUATING CLASS? That’s what the OP is about. My school says: 3835 total alumni from Amphitheater

That wasn’t the question. How many of your graduating class is registered?
