Yep, I need to know for a school paper. Can’t seem to find this info anywhere; part of the reason might be that this is a pretty broad term. I’m looking for a figure that doesn’t include AIDS, but does include lupus, candida syndrome, thyroid diseases, Hashimoto syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., etc., etc. All help appreciated!
So take 3% of the US population (what is it, 280 million or so by now) and there you have it.

Not sure I’d classify “candida syndrome” as autoimmune, tho.
