I would go to see a movie by Ann Coulter if Roger Ebert gives it a good review and it is controversial – especially if any group doesn’t want me to see it.
Unfortunately or otherwise, there is no chance that Roger Ebert would give such a movie a good review.
As I mentioned earlier, Coulter has written a couple of books that received a few good reviews, and were certainly controversial. Would you read them?
I recommend Slander over Treason, if only because the first is better documented.

alison ashley, that was beautiful. Please consider joining this board. We need more wit among the scourge.
I put Bill in last because of course he’s the LAST person she’d presumably enjoy being reamed up the butt by, whatever his cock size might be.
(Though I’ve sometimes thought wrt to Coulter and Clinton … the lady doth protest too much …)
I’d go see it. It is politically relevent to the history making time we’re in.
I’d go see it. I’ve read both of Ann Coulter’s books. Thoroughly enjoyed them.
On the other side of the coin, I’ve also read Rush Limbaugh is a Big Fat Idiot. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
I refuse to support Michael Moore, so I will not be seeing his latest celluloid bowel movement.
I would not go to see Ann’s movie, and I will definitely not be seeing F911.
I’m a conservative, if it matters.
I had to ask.
I’m having a hard time getting past the fact that Ms. Coulter probably doesn’t have the skills to make a movie. Presuming that she could, we would see the same thing we see with Moore - outcries from the opposition, amens from the choir.
Word! I bet the scene where Tim McVeigh blows up the New Yorks Times building in slow motion will be gripping.
Some interesting technical challenges, like how to make Tim McViegh look swarthy, hirsute, and vaguely Arabic, and how to present an acolyte of the Turner Diaries as a liberal. Little tough there, but entirely within Ms. Coulter’s genius for obfuscation.
The scenes of executing a few liberals as an example to the rest should be no sweat, just so longs they run the disclaimer “No actual cowardly, craven, freedom-hating traitors were harmed in the making of this movie”. Borrowing a few scenes from Passion might help jazz up the “invade thier countries, kill thier leaders, and convert them to Christianity” sequences. Of course, the Jesus I heard about doesn’t cozy up to conversion by fear, but she went to a different Sunday School than I did.
The flights of fancy about Ms. Coulter as porn auteur has one obvious snag: not that many people are prepared to accept a cloaca as an erotic orifice.
I’m more willing to believe she has an ovipositer, like the Queen in ‘Aliens’.
And elucidator wins the “Most Obscure Joke of the Year” award!
(Look up “cloaca” yerselfs, ya freeloaders.)
So, is Annie amphibian, avian, or reptilian?
Then again, to judge from some of the threads in MPSIMS, there are “people” on this board who would accept a Colt 45 as an erotic orifice. . . .
The beverage, or the pistol?
(Come to think of it, I’d just as soon not know…)
Didn’t need to.
I went to an agricultural high school, and cloacas were part of the curriculum.
They were so commonplace in my school that the entrances to all the classrooms had cloaca rooms.
Look at what this jackanapes, this whipper-snapper, this Enfant Terrible posted today!
Wow.
I’ve never had a pun physically HURT before. Made me wince, yes. Chuckle, occasionally… but to actually fire up the neuron sequences, the exact ones!.. corresponding to “barbed wire through the teeth”…
Impressive.
By the way, so as not to turn this into a total hijack, you better believe I’d go to an Ann Coulter movie. I love to hate right-wing movies/books/radio shows. It’s like a purification ritual for me… all that pain has to be good for the soul somehow.
That pun was so bad, you could crush a walnut by sphincter clenching. Upside is, all mine look a lot better now.
If the hypothetical non-existent Ann Coulter movie is as factually accurate as her books, an enterprising person will be able to make a truckload of money on the talk-show circuit debunking it.
What looks better now? All your walnuts? All your sphincters?
Yes, y’all may shoot me now.
Moore wanted to show Bush being a bungler and corrupt. It wasn’t hard. All he needed to do was put the footage together - the problem was editing it down. Where is Coulter going to find footage of liberals being traitors? Or of the salutary effects of Arabs converting to Christianity after their leaders are killed?
