Well I got warned once for something I didn’t even do! Two people were going at it and I answered the OP inbetween them and Coldie got mad at me! :eek:
I also closed a thread once for suggesting how to bring Cuban cigars into the country even though I specifically said it was illegal. I didn’t get in trouble for it though.
Gaudere once told me my comment was over the line for GD. I thought I had phrased it so as not to be an insult. “That’s an argument only a moron would make” vs. “you’re a moron”. Apparently I wasn’t quite as clear as I hoped. The thread sees to be gone now, so I can’t tell what really went down anymore.
Also, I was banned once, but that was due to being framed by some spineless moron. And two of my threads have been closed, once for degenerating into name-calling (nothing to do with me), and another time I think I posted something that didn’t live up to Manny’s standards for a GQ thread, but he answered it first, so I really couldn’t complain.
I guess that ain’t a bad record for well over 2000 posts over more than a year.
well…no… has anyone ever noticed me? I don’t think so… it should be so lucky as to get warned… maybe mouthbreather has the right idea. :rolleyes:
I was warned once in GD for inviting a myopic poster to put his views where the sun doesn’t shine. I shrugged it off.
I’m rebellious and I know it. Whatever.
I wouldn’t exactly call it a warning, but one time in GQ one of my posts was edited because it contained a link to a site that sells “clean” urine for the purposes of beating drug tests. Other than that, I’ve never rocked the boat.
I don’t know if they count as “official warnings”, but I have been told to play nice. Once by Manny in GQ and once by Gaudere in GD.
