I have two.
One is very recent. I misremembered a rule in GD and clearly broke it. Ignorance of the law is no excuse so it was deserved.
The other was a number of years ago and it was early in twickster’s reign. It was one of her famous “it’s not against the rules but I don’t personally care for such things” warnings. Meh.
None… that I know of…
None, although I want to say I did get one once a long time ago but I don’t remember what for.
One that was retracted. Mod was having a bad day, I think.
That sums up almost all of my warnings. “Failure to do as you were told, even when it isn’t against any stated rule”
I was also warned to stop complaining about being told what to do.

I have been admonished a couple of times, but nothing I have communicated here has risen to the level of an official warning in the ten years I have been a member.
Although I have been surprisingly even-handed during my tenure here. I admit I am not quite as circumspect in real life. 
I love how a few of the posters above describe the warnings they got as if taking a certain position in an argument is what got them the warning as opposed to the way they communicated is why they got the warning…I guess some lessons are never learned.
What is the perma-ban limit?
Shucks. My “warnings” say they are warnings with 0 points assigned…so if I rack up 10 or so total it’s a perma?
That would really stink. Creating another user account would take up several minutes of my time, and I would have to spend years regaining my internet reputation on these boards…
Two. I deserved them and am not proud of them. I have been asked to tone it down a bit on maybe a half dozen other posts, but nothing official.

While I realize that reviewing your warnings can fairly easily lead to a discussion about board moderation, there’s a different forum for the latter. Some of the posts in here so far are straying into ATMB territory, which I don’t think (I may be mistaken) was the OP’s intent. So please try to avoid that.
And, given the topic at hand, I’ll add “No warning issued.”
