Atlanta, GA --just filled up yesterday for 94¢/gallon.
Damn. I thought I was lucky paying $1.15/gal in California, MD.
The thing that gets me about the gas price situation is that in DC, it goes for about $0.30/gal more. Time was when I would pay the 5-7 cents per gallon extra to fill up in DC instead of my hometown. Not anymore - that 30 cents adds up to about 3 dollars on a 10 gallon fill up. I can’t justify that to my wallet no matter how tired I might be when I get home.
Dallas, TX - Just filled up at $0.97 a gallon. Seems like it had to have been when I was in high school the last time I remember prices this low.
Canmore, Alberta, Canada: 61.9 cents per litre. Calgary is 55.9 - 56.9.
Edmonton is always less expensive; when I was there at the beginning of October it was at 54.9.
I just paid $1.52 and felt relieved that prices were finally not extreme…
Northern Alberta. The price advertised is .639 per liter, but EVERY station has another 3.5-5c off per/l. So, in reality is 60.9 or 58.9 cents/l. The further south you go, the cheaper. I think Edmonton is something like 55-56 cents.
$1.069 for regular here in Flint, MI.
Dear Goddess, I hope those double-digit prices hit here soon. But with Thanksgiving coming, I doubt it.
55.9 cents somewhere between Guelph and Hamilton, Ontario.
In Guelph, I saw it at 62.9. In Aberfoyle, 58.9. In Morriston, 57.8. Then the place I gased up at, 55.9. At Clappison (just outside Hamilton) it was 61.9, and down the street it’s 62.3. DAMN am I ever glad I commute!
$1.08 just NE of Houston, Texas.
You must be in G.P.,**bernse[/],it’s 71.9 up here in the far north. I was in Edmonton 10 days ago and it was 50-51, and maybe a cent more in Camrose.
Oops, sorry about the bolding,folks.
WooHoo baby, that’s right!
Right here in Atlanta, just $0.91-$0.99 a gallon!
Boardman/Poland/New Middletown, Ohio gas in $ 1.03.
Phoenix, anywhere from $1.11-$1.26 for reg.
Bye the bye, did ya’ll hear that a Phoenix sports team, (named after some kind of snake), just won the World Series? Bwaahhahahahaha! (DaToad heads for cover) Just joking, for cripes sake!
$1.65 a coupla days ago in the South SF Bay, CA.
SF Bay seems to always get screwed on gas prices.
87 whole cents yesterday Nov.7, suburb of Atlanta
I bout passed out…
I filled up today for $AUS 0.849 / litre.
Now there are 4.546 litres per gallon, and $AUS1 = $US0.515,
so that makes it …um, carry the three…
$US1.98767 per gallon. (0.849 x 4.546 x 0.515…is that right?)
Its like 1.19 down town The further you go out it gets up to a 1.30
the highest the gas prices became here was from 1.50 to 2.25
Central Illinois:
Today it was .98[sup]9[/sup] at the Starvin’ Marvin when I drove past on the way to drop La Principessa off at a 6th graders get-together. I marveled aloud, “Look at that, gas is down to 98 cents a gallon…” and from the back seat she inquired curiously, “What’s normal?”
“Normal”? Who knows? LOL, kid.
Southern Oregon – prices are lowering, now. I now pay $1.60 + for Plus. Ouch! I can’t believe that anyone’s paying less than 1.25!
