I’m just very secure with my sexuality.
And I’m old. It happens to everyone.

Wow, it tails off sharply after 49, doesn’t it? I mean the poll, not life itself. I can’t comment on life itself yet.
If they’re lucky!
Probably has to do with the online generation. Many old fogies can barely turn on a computer.
41, child of 68.
I’m 45. I’ll be 46 on 19 May.
48 and damned glad to know I’m not the only one.
Sputnik baby here, born in 1957, age 52
But my generation (Gen X, basically) weren’t introduced to computers until we were almost adults - how come we’re so online?
I’m not up on many of these terms. What age group exactly is Gen X? 40s? I’d say that’s close enough. It’s dropping off from the 50s on, and those are the people who are not much into computers. Sure there are some, but many more may not be. I’ve known people in their 80s who were online, but they were a minority.
Born in July of '81.
I am 60. As of today, I have been married 31 years.
I was born on August 24, 1949, in Indianapolis. By the time I asked my parents what time of day I was born, they did not remember.
Yo lezlers! How’s my favorite left coast female legal eagle? Good to see you’re still here.
I haven’t been around the computer much lately. I’ve been spending more and more time outside, riding horses, kayaking, fishing and the like. At the age of 67 I’m trying to kill myself in a horse or boating accident so I don’t have to head for the old folks home!
Y’all hang tough.
63, why do you ask?*
*Homage to Rock skin care ad.
Hey hey, good to see you too! Glad you haven’t keeled over from old age yet! Make sure to take out a hefty life insurance policy before getting too active out there!
hugs
Glad to see that there are so many “very mature” folks here. It is interesting that I’ve never been able to tell the age of a poster by content (with a few exceptions), and gender is usually not evident unless it is on a gender based topic or the poster’s name reveals the sex. And sometimes that is wrong!
It’s a pretty wide range, but 40s will do. It appears that “they” have run out of letters and are planning to go Greek for the next batch of kids.
It would appear to me that the Over 49 group is growing as a percent of total.

If you take the Over 49 group as a whole, it’s the third largest group.
True, but the under 29 group as a whole ties it (modulo the two votes over 80, which I view as potentially suspect). That group is also growing at roughly the same rate. Our tails seem to mirror each other.
