Since Tom Cruise is only 5’7" when when wearing elevator shoes, standing on a box, and photographed with a special lens I estimate his actual height at 4’1". The woman in the picture is clearly no more 3’2" tall.

IIRC Mimi Rogers made some public comments about Tom being on some kind of celibacy kick when they were dating, which she was not happy about at all.
Her heels aren’t that big, so I’d calculate she’s about 4ft 11in to 5 feet tall.
I can’t comment on the pants, but he appears to be adjusting his shirt, like he’s tucking it in, so the sweater is up for the purpose of allowing him to do that task, at which point a normal person would pull it down again. There’s no reason to think he wouldn’t as well.
