How should I integrate my calendars?

So I keep going back and forth between paper and electronic, ugh. I can’t really find anything that permanently works for me.

As electronic calendars go, ideally I need something that either IS Outlook or talks to Outlook, because that’s where it all goes down at work. On my phone I use Calvetica, which seems to talk to my Google calendar.

Is there any way to just integrate all this crap into one calendar other than solely using Outlook? I like how my Google calendar knows things about me, like when I book a trip.

Please note … the following is old information and no longer works for me due to a change in my company’s Microsoft Exchange infrastructure. But, it used to work.

I have an Android phone and used the Android Calendar app. It pulls in the GMail calendars for both me and my wife, so we could have coordinated calendars.

I also added my work calendar (Outlook/Microsoft Exchange) and had the Android Calendar app sync that calendar, as well.

It all worked.

However, several months ago, changes were made to the Microsoft Exchange or Outlook365 settings, and I can no longer connect to it through the standard Android Email and Calendar apps. Instead, I had to switch over to the Outlook app on the phone.

But, I really think the difficulties I am having are due to infrastructural changes for my company’s instance of Outlook/Microsoft Exchange, and not due to actual problems with the process.

I use this product: Fieldston Software

It syncs my Outlook with Google Calendar. Works for me.

It would probably help to know I have an iPhone, and I would like this to work with both my phone and my work desktop.
